Absolutely Divine Experience!

I found the rooms wonderfully super clean!!! The bathroom was spacious and immaculate. The bed was comfortable, and the room came equipped with great amenities. The super fast WiFi was also a plus, for sure!!!
Although the hotel presents itself as a 5-star hotel, the lounge area is small. There were two benches. I noticed they offered no welcome drink. It can be hard to find a seat during check-in or check-out times.

Location was decent. It was an easy walk to the sky train.
The housekeeping was disappointing (to say the least). i put the "please make up my room" sign on at 10:00 am after breakfast. i returned at 2:00 pm, but the room was not cleaned. housekeeping eventually arrived at 4:00 pm. this happened again the following day. Not a great experience.

I found the staff quite attentive and helpful . The pool area was relaxing and well kept. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, close to many amenities. A shuttle service was available for transport to the BTS stop.

The room included modern decor, ample space, and a comfortable bed. The soundproofing was effective, as it ensured a peaceful night. It included a rainfall shower, two separate sinks, and high-quality toiletries for guest use. The bed was AMAZING!!!
